Two suspects apprehended in two separate incidents

Burglary – Bramley

Early this morning, the CAP Control Room received a call from a community member reporting that a suspect had jumped the fence of a supermarket in Bramley. Tactical Officers were dispatched to the scene and found that the suspect was still present. The suspect had broken into the supermarket and was found looting.

 

The Tactical Officers swiftly apprehended the suspect and handed him over to Bramley SAPS. The stolen goods were recovered.

 

Theft - Sandringham

Last night the CAP Control Room received a panic button activation from a petrol service station in Sandringham at which point a Tactical Unit was immediately dispatched to the scene. Upon arrival, the Tactical Officers assisted the employees of the shop in pursuing the suspect.

 

It was ascertained that a suspect had stolen items from the petrol station’s convenience store. After a short chase the suspect was apprehended and handed over to Sandringham SAPS. The stolen goods were recovered.
