CAP Gets Its Yellow On!
Last night saw over 150 brightly dressed, enthusiastic residents join together for one purpose: running our streets together.
The CAP Yellow Run, welcomed Spring in style. The JazzNowJozi, a talented jazz band, jammed away from 7pm in the Kosher World parking area, and then again after the run.
Participants wore yellow and walked or ran the usual CAP Run Club route. They were given complimentary ice-lollies at the end of the run to enjoy while they listened to the live band play.
One resident was quoted saying that “the Yellow Run was amazing! JazzNowJozi were awesome, they created such a vibe. CAP has outdone itself yet again.”
The CAP Run Club takes place in two CAP areas twice or three times a week. CAP encourages people of all fitness levels to participate. A trained professional leads the group and ensures that everyone is keeping up and that everyone reaches the finish line.
