CAP brings you the Savoy and Waverley CAP Run Club!
The CAP Run Club has seen incredible success in the Glenhazel area, since beginning in March. CAP is thrilled to bring the CAP Run Club to Savoy and Waverley in May. This Run Club is designed for everyone, no matter your fitness level. We’re calling on everyone from kids to grandparents, couch potatoes to athletes, and everyone in between. We welcome walkers, runners and joggers to join the Savoy Waverley CAP Run Club. The aim of the CAP Run Club is to break down the walls we hide behind, create a vibe on our streets, get communities socialising and enjoying our beautiful neighbourhoods and getting fit! The greater our presence on the streets, the safer our community will be.
CAP is not just an armed response security company; we are much more. We proactively patrol our streets. We keep them safe. We stop crimes before they happen. We’re a constant eye for the community, doing everything we possibly can to ensure our streets are safe enough to run through and enjoy.
Be a part of the revolution: bring your friends, family and pets to join the first ever Savoy Waverley CAP Night Run with professional trainers guiding you through the route.
The first Savoy Waverley CAP night run will take place on Saturday 10 May 2014 at 8:00 pm. Registration will take place from 7:30pm.
The first 50 people to register will receive a free coffee on us!Meet at the open parking lot, corner Scott Street and Kenneth Road (opposite Waverley Synagogue).
There will be two routes to choose from: 3.5km and 5km.
Depending on personal speed, the run should take between 20 - 45 minutes.
It’s time to own our streets, one (night) run at a time.
